Charter of Demands for Private Medical Colleges :
1 . Opening of New Medical Colleges be banned completely till we complete the faculty in already existing colleges.
2. Student teachers Ratio to be restored to 3 Professors ,6 associate professors, 9 assistant professors and 30 demonstrators for 300 students at present it is 1 professor,2 associates,3 assistants and 16 demos for 300 students/subject (lowered by PMDC to accommodate private mafia &destroy medical education)
3. Centralized admissions at all Private Medical Colleges through the provincial admission board as in Govt medical colleges .
4. Fee per year at private medical colleges to be fixed at 1.5 lakh /year. the board of trustees of a college to fix 30 seats for free of cost admissions for poor students in private sector.
5. 100% paid house jobs and post graduate training for their own graduates and salaries of young doctors at par with the govt sector.
6. a 500 bedded hospital to be ensured with each college out of which 250 beds should be reserved for free treatment.

Inspection team of PMDC in future to include PMA,YDA and other doctors representatives so that no one can bribe the team and get his college recognized.
