ABOUT YDA

We are the young doctors of Pakistan, young not chronologically; not in profession but young at heart and fresh to accept and bring change in the system. We are a collected bunch of doctors who feel that health system of our country is deteriorating at a fast pace and there is a need to put a halt to this deterioration. We have not looked towards any other direction to halt this progression but have decided to take the lead ourselves! 

We aim to improve the working atmosphere for junior doctors in hospitals of Pakistan as we feel it would improve over all patient health care system. This we would do by forcing the authorities to come up with a better system of recruitment and immaculate system of promotions and above all continuing medical education and at the same time improving the pay status of doctors in accordance with the nature of their job and hard work they put in their work.  

We will achieve these objectives by peaceful vocal, physical and literal protests and would not only do protest but would also devise the ideal health care system and would help the government in  that so as to satisfy patients as well as doctors at all tiers of that system.
